The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage recently closed a $7 million Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition financing of East Point Village Apartments in Morris, Minnesota.
The 61-unit market-rate multifamily property was built in 2017 and is located across from the University of Minnesota Morris and nearby shopping and dining options. Property amenities include a community room, fitness center and relaxation patio with gas grills.
The loan carries a 10-year term and 30-year amortization and was arranged for CJK Investments II, LLC.
