Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s investment sales team recently brokered the sale of a grocery-anchored retail center serving the Columbus, Ohio, area. The 116,707-square-foot property was sold to a private buyer.
Market at Stelzer houses the most-visited Giant Eagle in the Columbus MSA, reporting more than 865,200 visits a year according to Placer.ai data. Complementing the grocer is a line-up of service, dining and medical tenants including Subway, Wingstop, WellNow Hometown Urgent Care, El Rodeo Mexican restaurant, The UPS Store and Marco’s Pizza.
Market at Stelzer is located in the hot spot of Ohio retailer locations and near the country’s premier center, Easton Town Center.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Vice President Emily Gadomski, in cooperation with Newmark Managing Director Andrew Montooth (a Licensed Ohio Broker), were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Continental Real Estate Companies.
