Imperial Realty is pleased to announce the promotion of Julia Klairmont as executive vice president.
Julia has served as director of operations and leasing since 2017 and is in her ninth year with the company. When Julia joined Imperial Realty in 2013 as a broker, she quickly won awards as the firms Most Active Broker closing over 200 new lease and sale transactions.
In her new role, Julia is responsible for overseeing and negotiating all new leases for the company’s 85 properties as well as the renewals, modifications, and expansions for Imperial’s more than 4,000 office, retail, industrial and residential tenants. Julia works closely with Imperial Realty’s brokers, property managers, construction managers, accounting, legal and HR departments to oversee any and all logistical operations of the company.
