KennMar announced that KidStrong has signed a lease to open its first Indiana facility at The Crossing in Noblesville, Indiana, at 146th Street and State Route 37.
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for children ages walking through 11 years old.
“We are thrilled to have KidStrong as a business in The Crossing and are proud of the fact that its first location in Indiana will be in our development in Noblesville,” said Brent Benge, president and chief executive officer of KennMar.
Katie Poston, a commercial real estate broker with Equivis, and Stan Burton and Joel Miller, commercial real estate brokers with Avison Young, are responsible for this transaction.
The Crossing at Noblesville development began construction in April 2020 and is now fully leased with KidStrong, Pickleman’s and Moe’s.
