CBRE has arranged a new lease on behalf of Five Iron Golf to open a location in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. Located at 1000 West North Ave, the 13,150-square-foot space will serve as Five Iron Golf’s third location in the Chicagoland area.
CBRE’s Sharon Kahan and Amy Sider represented Five Iron Golf in the transaction. The pair also represented Five Iron Golf in their other two Chicago location transactions in The Loop and River North.
Five Iron Golf is an urban indoor golf experience that combines a unique mixture of golf and entertainment with a community-focused vision of making the game more inclusive and accessible.
