Cresa’s Jay Cook represented Partners Supply Chain Solutions (PSCS) in its 50,007-square-foot lease at 189 Easy St. in Carol Stream. The deal represents a 25% increase in space from its current location at 171 Gary St. also in Carol Stream. PSCS makes the move August 1.
Built in 1996, the 75,538-square-foot, multi-tenant warehouse/distribution facility sits on 3.89 acres and is fully updated with 10 docks. The modern design allows PSCS to install racking that can accommodate more clients/product thus more revenue.
PSCS operates bulk and rail operations in more than one million square feet in Elwood. The Carol Stream facility will serve as its specialized operations center, housing food/pharmaceuticals/high tech and high value inventory.
Philadelphia-based EQT Exeter owns the building.
