CBRE has arranged the sale of ParkView East, a 121-unit multifamily property in Ramsey, Minnesota.
Curtis Capital Group sold the property to Partner Apartments in a transaction that closed Sept. 15. A sale prices was not disclosed.
Ted Abramson, Abe Appert and Keith Collins from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented the seller, Curtis Capital Group, in the transaction.
ParkView East is located at 14450 Rhinestone St. in Ramsey and is in proximity to a Northstar Commuter Rail Station. Completed in 2017, the community includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and a dog park with indoor washing station.
