Colliers International and CBRE brought a new tenant to Premier 370 Business Park in St. Peters, Missouri.
Reaction Auto Parts, Inc. signed a lease for 265,393 square feet at 7001 Premier Parkway, the final building under construction in the business park. The 366,916-square-foot distribution center will be complete before the end of the year.
There is a total of 4.2 million square feet constructed at Premier 370 Business Park, including tenants such as Reckitt Benckiser, Best Buy, Grove Collaborative and Amazon. In 2021, Panattoni Development purchased the last two lots available from Duke Realty and developed a 423,000-square-foot building completed earlier this year and 7001 Premier Parkway, which will be complete before the end of the year.
The Colliers/CBRE team of Geoff Orf, Chad Burkemper and Matt Hrubes represented Panattoni in the lease and have worked together since 2007, representing Panattoni (and previously Duke Realty) in bringing several high-profile tenants to the market. Only 101,000 square feet remains available at 7001 Premier Parkway.
