NAI Greywolf recently represented FMS – Financial Services in the lease of office space in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Katrina Gee and Matt Hock, both advisors with NAI Greywolf, represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
FMS – Financial Services was seeking new office space with a short timeline and set budget. When a different property the financial services firm was considering did not work, Gee and Hock worked together to help the tenant secure a space that better fit its needs.
The new space is located in the Squires II building at 16655 Bluemound Road in Brookfield.
The five-year lease term is for 1,987 square feet within the building.
