Peak Properties LLC has been tapped to manage The Millennium on LaSalle high-rise luxury apartments in Chicago’s CBD. Their sister company, Peak Realty, has taken over the leasing efforts at the 216-unit building located at 29 S. LaSalle St.
Millennium on LaSalle was one of the first office to residential apartment conversions in 2015 with a $45 million renovation taking the former Barrister Hall to a 14-story luxury apartment building. Millennium on LaSalle features 13 stories of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with efficient layouts tailored for urban comfort.
The lower level and 14th floor of this pet-friendly building are packed with unparalleled amenities including a game room with billiards and arcade games, a private poker room, co-working private offices and a conference space, a movie theater, a rooftop lounge with a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a half-court basketball court attached to the fitness center.
