Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Mercy Health, a 15,000-square-foot net-leased property at 8599 Ridge Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The asset sold for $4.875 million. The lease had 10 years remaining with annual rental increases.
Mark Ruble, Christopher Mitchel, Chris Lind and William Skoch, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Cleveland and Phoenix offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
