Brown Commercial Group negotiated three industrial transactions, including a 46,500-square-foot sublease in the O’Hare submarket that will allow one business to reduce its excess space and another to secure below market rent.
Broker Candace Scurto represented the tenant, Boom Country Tire in subleasing the space at 2450 Lunt Ave. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The business recently merged with another company and no longer needs the space. Brown Commercial Group Vice President of Sales Mason Hezner represented Safeway Transportation in subleasing the space for its school bus transportation business.
Scurto also negotiated:
- A 10,000-square-foot lease at 532-534 N. York Road in Bensenville, Illinois. Meikem Supply is expanding its detergent supply business from a 6,000-square-foot space in Elk Grove Village. Paddy Dywer of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord.
- A 3,168-square-foot lease at 1508 E. Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Scurto represented the landlord in leasing space to Fritz Konstruction.
