SLIB recently brokered the sale of The Landing of Stow, an 81-unit seniors housing community in Stow, Ohio.
Stow is located about six miles northeast of Akron and 27 miles southeast of Cleveland. The Landing of Stow was built in 2008.
The buyer is a Midwest-based owner and operator adding to its footprint in Ohio.
Bradley Clousing, Dan Geraghty and Ryan Saul with SLIB handled the transaction.
