Jon Ruzicka, Jake Erickson, Jared Plamann and Joseph Ferguson, hotel investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Ruzicka/Erickson/Plamann/Ferguson procured the buyer, too.

This sale marks the 70th hotel transaction for the team of Ruzicka/Erickson/Plamann/Ferguson out of Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office and the 10th thus far in to 2023.
