Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites, a 62-room hospitality property in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president, and Michael Klar, senior associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Klar. Chris Gomes, senior managing director, and Allan Miller, senior vice president, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers. Josh Caruana, broker of record of Indiana, assisted in closing this transaction.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel is located at 2101 E. Morthland Drive in Valparaiso.
