Founders 3 Real Estate Services has announced several recent transactions throughout Wisconsin:

Industrial

  • Quality Logistics Solutions leased 9,840 square feet at 7900 Durand Ave. in Mount Pleasant, in addition to 4,472 square feet at the Renaissance Business Center located at 1691 Renaissance Blvd. in Sturtevant. Bob Flood and Brian Flood represented the tenant.

Office

  • Engineering Economics, Inc. dba Rivion renewed its 5,188 square feet at 700 W. Virginia St., Suite 222 in Milwaukee. Ned Purtell and Kate Hanson represented the tenant while John Davis represented the owner, R2 Companies, respectively.
  • Jake Hermes & Associates LLC leased 869 square feet at 112 E. Capitol Drive in Hartland. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the owner, BL Branch Group Two.
  • Community Services Agency, Inc. leased 2,911 square feet at 201 S. Military Ave. in Green Bay. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the owner, BL Branch Group Two.
  • Medical Resource Management, Inc. leased 821 square feet at 50 Pearl Ave. in Oshkosh. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the owner, BL Branch Group Two.
  • Kate Schmidt leased 307 square feet at 201 E. Main St. in Reedsburg. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the owner, BL Branch Group One.

Retail

  • Conor Farrell and Matthew Beadle represented JL Madison-WI Holdings, LLC in selling the Jiffy Lube at 1002 E. Washington Ave. in Madison.
  • Jay Blom and Jon Thoresen represented Shakir Zahida in selling the 2,527-square-foot building at 242 E. Capitol Dr. in Milwaukee. Matthew Beadle represented the buyer, Vaghani Network 242 Capitol LLC, in this transaction.
  • Kyle Skarr and Nick Tice represented 108th Plaza, LLC in leasing 1,785 square feet to Partners Personnel at Plaza 108 (1509 S. 108th St.) in West Allis.
  • Jay Blom and Nick Tice represented Kids Empire in leasing 19,339 square feet at 16095 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield.
