Marcus & Millichap recently negotiated the sale of a 9,100-square-foot net-leased Dollar General property in Albany, Wisconsin. The asset sold for $1.124 million.
Mitch Grant and Nicholas Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Dollar General is located at 614 N. Cincinnati St. in Albany, where it remains on its original 15-year lease for this location. The buyer was a private investor based out of Arizona, who was looking to broaden its net leased portfolio into the Midwest region.
