Retina Consultants of Minnesota, a national leader in retinal care with 11 locations throughout the state, is relocating its St. Cloud and Blaine clinics. Construction manager Kraus-Anderson will be building out the new spaces.
Retina Consultants’ St. Cloud clinic, currently located at 3701 12th St. N., is moving to 4150 2nd Street, where the 7,377-square-foot project has begun. Construction will be completed in early September 2023 and the new clinic will be open October 9, 2023.
The company’s Blaine clinic, currently located at 11091 Ulysses Street NE, is relocating nearby at 11855 Ulysses Street NE. The new space will include a 6,247-square-foot build out, which will be completed in late October 2023. The new clinic will be open November 13, 2023.
Both projects are designed by BDH and will include new exam rooms, break rooms, reception and waiting areas. The highly effective designs feature attractive residential elements for patient comfort and convenience.
