Broker Pat Crowley represented the tenant, Isutami USA, LLC in leasing a 12,588-square-foot space at 1525 Ardmore Ave. in Itasca, Illinois. The company is nearly doubling its space as it expands its U.S. footprint in the Chicago suburban market. Korman Lederer & Associates, LLC’s Peter Balyeat represented the landlord.
Broker Candace Scurto represented tenant Safeway Transportation, Inc. in leasing an 8,000-square-foot space on nearly two acres at 2053 and 2101 Johns Drive in Glenview, Illinois. The tenant is expanding its school transportation services and needed a location in the Glenview area that had outdoor storage for its vehicles.
