Friedman Real Estate’s Peter Jankowski and Rich Deptula completed the sale of a multifamily property at 21901 Stratford Place Blvd. in Brownstown, Michigan.
The 180-unit Class-A apartment complex was sold to Four Corners Development Group for $25.7 million.
Friedman’s brokers represented both the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
