Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. negotiated the sale of Cherry Storage, a 71,139-square-foot self-storage facility in Saint Joseph, Missouri.

Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. David Saverin, Missouri Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Cherry Storage is located about 48 miles north of Kansas City and is located in a historic and fully renovated building in downtown Saint Joseph. It opened in June of 2023 and has been leasing up quickly.

Cherry Storage features 696 climate-controlled self-storage units that make up the 71,139 net rentable square feet and benefits from strong demand for climate-controlled self-storage and excellent visibility.
