Dallas’ The Multifamily Group (TMG) closed the sale of the Stepping Stone Apartments in San Antonio, Texas.
Paul Yazbeck represented the seller, a local owner with 14 years of ownership. Greg Miller procured the buyer.
The property at 7737 Skolout includes 80 units each averaging 701 square feet. Stepping Stone, built in 1985, is equipped with amenities such as a laundry facility, pool and picnic and grilling areas.
