Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Greenstone Partners added senior marketing manager Jessica Langner and graphic designer Hannah Hudelson to its staff.
Additionally, Trevor Allen has been promoted to senior investment analyst. The firm also welcomes five new summer investment analyst interns.
Jessica Langner, a Northern Illinois University graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications and a minor in Spanish, will spearhead all marketing efforts. She brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate and construction marketing experience in the Chicagoland area and diverse U.S. markets. Jessica possesses extensive knowledge in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, construction, and development sectors. Having collaborated with both large and boutique CRE companies, she has delivered impactful strategies and will work closely with leadership to elevate and execute Greenstone Partners’ marketing initiatives and brand.
Hannah Hudelson, a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a focus on graphic design and animation, is recognized as an instrumental and talented Graphic Designer at Greenstone Partners. With over eight years of experience in graphic design, primarily in the athletic, retail apparel, and fashion industries, Hannah eagerly anticipates leveraging her diverse background to elevate and further enhance the firm’s quality brand image. She is dedicated to building customized, high-impact marketing materials and supporting the brokerage team.
In addition to the two new team member hires, the firm is pleased to announce a promotion from within its existing team. Trevor Allen, who studied Real Estate and Finance at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, has been promoted to Senior Investment Analyst. In this role, Trevor will provide leadership and oversee the development of the firm’s analytical team, ensuring the application of the underwriting and valuation techniques for the firm’s producers. Trevor will continue to add value by providing clients with real-time market analysis, data insights, and expert underwriting.
Greenstone Partners is also proud to introduce its talented pool of summer interns: Connor Sheedy, Ralphie Schlupp, Augie Stilp, Justin Weinzweig and Charlie Vietzen. As Investment Analyst Interns, they will be immersed in learning commercial real estate investment, including underwriting, lease analysis, database management, relationship-building skills and more. This comprehensive training program will equip them to be well-prepared to become top investment analysts in the future.
