Michigan-based Pogoda Companies acquired Northside Mini Storage, a self-storage facility in Evansville, Indiana.
This newly acquired property has almost 30,000 square feet of rentable space in a combination of climate-controlled, drive-up, and vehicle parking spaces encompassing 243 units.
This is Pogoda’s second Evansville location and is conveniently located near the Evansville Regional Airport and other well-known landmarks. It offers round the clock digital video surveillance, is fully fenced, and will have a 24-hour Kiosk room where new and current tenants will be able to rent units, pay their rent, and speak to in-house call center agents through a video chat feature.
This fourth Indiana property adds to Pogoda’s growing portfolio.
