The luxury apartment complex features numerous amenities and is being developed by Midas Hospitality and Balke Brown with its affiliates Double Eagle Development and Diamond Income Fund.
Designed by Rosemann & Associates, the MILA Apartments have emerged on a seven-acre site at 15970 Manchester Rd. It features a four-story wood frame over concrete podium with a ground level 141,000-square-foot parking garage with 346 parking spaces and lobby. The 227 apartment units feature eight unique floor plans for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 552 square feet to 1,363 square feet. Living space is highlighted by LVT floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and fully equipped kitchens.
An abundance of amenities includes a large courtyard with outdoor lounge areas, fireplaces, grills, swimming pool, and turf lawns and pergolas, as well as a large wall on which to project movies. Other attractive amenities include:

The apartment building’s front façade presents to Manchester Road with modern aesthetic clean lines and clearly defined volumes with stone, EIFS, and cement fiber panels. It fully optimizes the limited footprint which once was home to a car dealership. Midas made several infrastructure improvements to accommodate the multi-family use and has taken great care to not disrupt surrounding businesses and residential neighbors adjacent to the tight site
