CRG announced the successful delivery of two off-campus student housing communities: Chapter Madison, neighboring the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Chapter Eugene, near the University of Oregon. Both developments are located within a five-minute walk of the core campus.

Chapter Madison is a 10-story, 534-bed student housing development situated in the heart of Madison’s historic Greenbush neighborhood. Designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, this project fulfills a critical part of Madison’s South Campus Neighborhood Plan by placing student residents just steps from key campus destinations like the Library Mall. The development features 165 units in various floor plans, ranging from studios to five-bedroom apartments, all outfitted with contemporary furnishings and upscale finishes. Chapter Madison’s amenities, designed to support both academic success and social engagement, include a fully equipped fitness center, a yoga studio, private study spaces and a rooftop terrace with views of Lake Monona. The development also features a cultural exhibit that honors the rich history of the Greenbush neighborhood, paying homage to the area’s heritage through murals and a first-floor corridor display.

Chapter Eugene is a 12-story, 302-bed student housing community adjacent to the University of Oregon. Designed by Jackson | Main Architecture, Chapter Eugene offers a mix of studio to five-bedroom units, each outfitted with modern amenities like quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances and smart-entry systems. Amenities include a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck with panoramic views of the Western Cascades and Willamette Valley, state-of-the-art fitness center and multiple study areas to support residents’ academic pursuits. The development’s prime location offers students easy access to campus and the vibrant downtown Eugene area.

In addition to these completed projects, CRG has planned or broken ground on new student housing developments totaling 1,119 units and 2,665 beds across key university markets, reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional housing options nationwide.
