Poag Development Group in partnership with a group of local investors that purchased Oak Court Mall in December 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee, has acquired the Macy’s property on-site for $7 million at 400,000 square feet.
Poag is executing a local listening tour to determine what Memphians want out of the property. The team plans to elicit feedback first to start the initial planning phase of the mall.
The Memphis-based developer will work with JLL, its strategic leasing partner, to maximize the potential of the property.
