Weidner Apartment Homes acquired Quarry Commons Apartments in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.
This acquisition is across the street from Weidner’s other community, Heritage Park Apartments, and expands the company’s Minneapolis/St. Paul portfolio to 7,043 units.
Quarry Commons is a 102-unit, two-building garden-style community in Saint Cloud’s Southwest neighborhood. The community was built in 2003, sits on 4.26 acres, and offers one-, one + den, two-, three-, and three + den-bedroom apartments averaging 981 SF. The homes provide in-unit laundry, a patio or balcony, and a complete appliance package. Each unit also has the option of an attached or detached parking garage.
