ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division wrapped construction of a 438,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Faith Technologies Incorporated and developer partner Block Real Estate Services, LLC in Olathe, Kansas.
The new facility at 22150 W. 167th St. in Olathe, marks a major milestone in the development of FTI’s Excellerate® division, which focuses on manufacturing innovative electrical and modular solutions.
The new facility will be utilized for the assembly of Excellerate’s modular electrical buildings (MEBs), which will be used in hyperscale data centers nationwide. As the company’s largest production site, this facility is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, efficient electrical and modular solutions in the rapidly expanding data center industry.
The Olathe facility is expected to generate approximately 780 jobs in the area over the next few years, further supporting local economic growth. The collaboration between ARCO National Construction, FTI, and Block Real Estate Services showcases a successful partnership dedicated to bringing innovative and sustainable solutions to the region.
The new facility is set to significantly increase FTI’s manufacturing capacity and solidify its position as a leader in modular electrical systems for data centers.
