L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the sale of Wilshire Plaza, a Class-A office property in Troy, Michigan.
Mason L. Capitani facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and the seller.
Wilshire Plaza totals about 190,000 square feet over five stories and is located in the heart of Troy’s “Big Beaver Corridor,” within walking distance to 12 fine and casual dining restaurants.
A complete renovation of the property was recently completed. This include the addition of a new building lobby, new interior corridor finishes, updated restrooms, new exterior landscaping, a new parking and new heating and cooling systems.
