
Colliers added Lisa Christianson, a veteran broker and one of the most influential businesswomen in Minneapolis, to its Minneapolis office.
Previously, Christianson was the founder, owner and operator of Christianson & Company Commercial Real Estate Services. She joins Colliers as a Senior Vice President.
In addition, brokerage professionals Laura Gill, Marilyn Fritze, Amy Berg and Emily Massie, previously with Christianson & Company, will also make the move to Colliers and operate under the Colliers brand effective immediately.
In 2024, Christianson negotiated one of the largest sales in the market when she represented Goodwill Industries Inc. in its acquisition of the 100,000-square-foot Energy Park Corporate Center for its new corporate office and training center. Other notable clients include NParallel, Clear Choice Property Management and Elmcrest Properties.
Christianson founded her company in 2001, offering turnkey services to tenants, owners, and investors across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily property types throughout the United States. Over the years, she grew Christianson & Company into one of the premier firms in the city, recognized for its strategic guidance and unparalleled market knowledge. Christianson is a member and past president of MNCAR and the MNCAR Exchange. She is active in the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She was named Broker of the Year by the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) in 2019.
