Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that 13 rental communities from its national management portfolio were named 2024 Resident Satisfaction award winners by SatisFacts, the multifamily industry’s authority on resident satisfaction and retention.
In addition, four of those same Draper and Kramer-managed rental communities also won an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction as measured by ApartmentRatings.com reviews – a recognition earned by only about 5% of all properties on the ApartmentRatings site.
Draper and Kramer was also ranked No. 9 in the nation by SatisFacts for overall resident satisfaction among companies with 10 to 24 communities in their management portfolio.
The four Draper and Kramer communities receiving an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction include:
- Burnham Pointe (730 S. Clark St.), a 298-unit rental community in Chicago’s Printers Row neighborhood with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments
- North 680 (680 E. Algonquin Rd.), a 180-unit luxury community in Schaumburg, Ill., a suburb of Chicago, offering one- and two-bedroom plans and four tri-level, two-bedroom rental townhomes
- Senita on Cave Creek (23555 N. Desert Peak Parkway), a 240-unit property in Phoeniz, Ariz. with one-, two-, and three- bedroom units
- Wrigleyville Lofts (949 W. Dakin St.), a seven-story, 120-unit mixed-use building near historic Wrigley Field in Chicago, featuring one- and two-bedroom rentals
The 13 Draper and Kramer properties receiving Resident Satisfaction awards for achieving high scores on SatisFacts surveys include the four listed above as well as:
