Marcus & Millichap strengthened its Chicago Downtown office with the addition of Tyrell (‘Ty’) McGee as Senior Associate.
With over a decade of experience specializing in corporate sale-leaseback financing, build-to-suit financing, and net-lease transactions, McGee has successfully underwritten and facilitated more than $4.5 billion in domestic and international deals across industrial, retail and office assets.
McGee earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University, where he majored in finance and real estate. He is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the Marquette Real Estate Alumni Board and the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Commercial Real Estate Awards steering committee.
