Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a net-leased Dobbs Tire & Auto property in Ellisville, Missouri, for more than $2.35 million.
Ken Jacobsmeyer, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, procured the buyer, a Missouri-based LLC.
Dobbs Tire & Auto Center, located at 16305 Truman Road, features approximately 5,950 rentable square feet and is secured by a 20-year triple-net lease. The property benefits from prime visibility along Old Route 66, which sees more than 40,000 vehicles daily, and is just 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
