Entre Commercial Realty closed the lease of a 15,000-square-foot industrial space at 11419 Smith Drive, Unit B, in Huntley, Illinois.
The multi-tenant building is also home to Pound for Pound Fitness. The new tenant is Amsco Distributing and will be utilizing the facility for its 3PL operations. By upgrading its facility and moving its business to this Huntley location, Amsco Distributing will be able to continue to grow and serve its customers.
Kevin Kaplan, CCIM of Entre Commercial Realty was the sole broker in the deal.
