The W&D Midwest Investment Sales team led by Steve LaMotte Jr., Dane Wilson and Ross Wettersten arranged the sale on behalf of a Midwest-based institutional client, and the buyer, PRP Real Estate Investment Management.
Cosmopolitan on the Canal is a 218-unit multifamily apartment complex at 310 W. Michigan St. in Indianapolis. The property sits near the expansion of Indiana University Health and the campuses of Indiana University of Purdue University.
