Tannen Loge joined CBRE as Managing Director and Property Management Market Leader in Minneapolis.
In this role, Loge will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the firm’s local Property Management business, which currently manages nearly 18 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
Loge joins CBRE from JLL, where he most recently served as Vice President, Group Manager, directing the training for team members across multiple departments and overseeing the financial and operational performance of several portfolios for numerous high-profile clients.
Prior to JLL, he was the Vice President of Property Management at Lloyd Companies and was responsible for the leasing and management of more than 1.3 million square feet of commercial space and 3,300 residential units. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Regional Portfolio Manager at Allegiant Management, LLC, and he was the Director of International Operations at Unicom Management, LLC.
