Chicago-based industrial investor and developer Venture One Real Estate is proud promoted Brian McDonagh to Principal.
McDonagh joined the firm in 2017 as an Acquisition Analyst in the company’s Chicago headquarters. He relocated to the Northeast to lead the region in 2021, where he has played an integral role in the firm’s growth in the market.
Over the past four years, McDonagh has sourced over one million square feet of acquisitions totaling over $250 million and led the development of four new projects with a combined value of $200 million. Since joining Venture One, he has been involved in over $1 billion in total transaction volume.
In the Principal role, McDonagh will continue to lead acquisitions, development and management in the Northeast Region for Venture One.
