Block & Company brings Indian eatery to Overland Park retail center

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announced that Desi Chowrastha, an Indian eatery chain based in Texas, has secured its first Kansas City-area location located at 6301 W. 135th St. in Overland Park, Kansas.

A grand opening is anticipated to take place in early summer 2025.

Desi Chowrastha will be the largest Indian restaurant in Overland Park, spanning 7,564 square feet. The restaurant will be located at 6301 W. 135th Street, Suite A, in an approximately 15,500-square-foot pad building of Corbin Park Retail Village and will join building co-tenants American Red Cross, Mozari Alterations, and Embody. Corbin Park is also home to Sheels, JCPenny, Von Maur, Lifetime Fitness, Dave & Busters, Sprouts Farmers Market, Kirkland’s, ULTA Beauty, and many more.

Desi Chowrastha is an access-based fast food chain that gives attention to the diversified food and culture of various cities in India.
