The Bemidji office of Kraus-Anderson completed a $3.3 million physical therapy clinic for Sanford Health located at 2017 Net Way Northwest in Bemidji, Minnesota.
The 23,000-square-foot project has converted an existing call center into a fully equipped physical therapy clinic, featuring dedicated areas for rehabilitation and wellness. Designed by EAPC Architects Engineers, the new PT facility will enhance patient experience, maximize functional space and support a diverse range of rehabilitation services.
The comprehensive interior remodel features semi-private treatment rooms for individualized patient care; sensory and pediatric (PEDS) gyms designed for child-focused therapy and rehabilitation; an adult fitness area equipped for strength-building and mobility improvement; and a specialized cardio gym to enhance patient care and recovery. The project also includes PT treatment and neuro therapy spaces to support diverse rehabilitation needs, as well as office workspaces and support staff areas for enhanced operational efficiency.
Exterior improvements will include the addition of a new playground and a redesigned employee entrance.
Construction began in January 2025.
