SVN Chicago Commercial completed the sale of a fully rehabbed mixed-use corner property at 1859 W. Chicago Ave. in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village neighborhood.

The 9,267-square-foot building sold for $2.74 million.

Lead brokers Drew Dillon and Scott Maesel of SVN Chicago Commercial represented both sides were the only brokers involved in the transaction.

This highly desirable brick building includes six residential apartments and a stable, long-term retail tenant — a veterinarian office — occupying the ground floor. Located on a signalized corner in the heart of West Town, the asset offers exceptional visibility and walkability within the Chicago Avenue Transit-Oriented Development (T.O.D.) corridor.
