IMPACT Strategies, Inc. began construction on the Clement Service Center in St. Charles, Missouri, on Veterans Memorial Parkway off Interstate-70 between the Zumbehl and Cave Springs exits.
As the construction manager, IMPACT Strategies is managing the construction of a new 63,360 square-foot state-of-the-art service center which marks another major milestone in Clement Auto Group’s continued expansion in the Greater St. Louis area. By collaborating with IMPACT early in the preconstruction process, we were able to help Clement find areas of cost reduction and develop efficiencies for a progressive construction process. The service center is designed to house advanced service bays, an industry-leading collision center, and expanded capacity for automotive maintenance and repairs. IMPACT is planning Spring 2026 completion.
The service center project follows the successful opening earlier this year of Clement Supercenter, a premier 12,100 square-foot state-of-the-art preowned dealership spanning two city blocks, just a block east of the new service center site.
