Jamie Cavalier joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2021 and is based in the Chicago office. She was promoted to the position of senior associate. Megan, who was also promoted to senior associate, joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2018 and is based in the Chicago office.
Carlos Rodríguez joined Huntsman Architectural Group in 2018 and is based in the Chicago office. He was promoted to associate.
Jamie Cavalier brings 16 years of design expertise to workplace, building repositioning, and municipal projects. She has delivered design concepts ranging from landlord improvements to headquarter relocations for clients including Citizens Bank, Artisan Partners, and Gordon & Rees. Jamie is a dedicated advocate for the Interior Design profession, having served as President of the Illinois Chapter of IIDA and earning recognition as an IIDA Illinois Emerging Leader in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
Megan Pool brings over 10 years of extensive experience as both an architectural designer and project manager leading workplace and building repositioning projects. She is known for her meticulous approach, her ability to juggle multiple priorities, and commitment to ensuring every project exceeds client expectations. Megan holds a Professional Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Carlos Rodríguez brings more than 20 years of experience to workplace and building repositioning projects. Recent projects have been for Golub, Loop Capital, and Beacon Capital Partners. A well-known member of the Chicago design community, Carlos also serves on Huntsman’s Building Information Modeling committee, helping advance innovation in design technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.
