A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert U.S. Real Estate sold a 53,957-square-foot light industrial building at 1475 S. Wheeling Road in Wheeling, Illinois.
The building is in the North Cook Industrial submarket, three miles from the I-294/Willow Road Interchange.
