Transwestern Real Estate Services announced that Zimmerman Reed signed a long-term renewal of its 15,179-square-foot lease at IDS Center, a Class-A office building located at 80 S 8th St. in downtown Minneapolis.
Transwestern Vice President Kevin Salmen and Associate Danny Callahan represented the nationally recognized law firm in lease negotiations.
Zimmerman Reed, which specializes in complex and class-action litigation, has been headquartered at IDS Center since 2011. The building’s central location and connection to the skyway system, along with the firm’s commitment to downtown Minneapolis, were key factors in the lease renewal.
The firm will continue to occupy its current space and plans a full-scale renovation to create a next-generation office environment that is designed to support modern workstyles, fosters connection and teamwork, and positions the firm for continued growth.
