Colliers announced that DCCM has relocated its corporate headquarters to 1801 Post Oak Blvd., a mixed-use building in Houston’s Uptown district.
Greg Cizik of Colliers represented DCCM in the transaction, while the landlord was represented by Kristen Rabel and Nina Seyyedin of CBRE.
The firm leased 10,738 square feet on the third floor within the architecturally distinctive building, also home to Zadok and notable restaurants such as Uchiko and Rumi’s Kitchen.
The new headquarters supports DCCM’s continued national expansion and commitment to excellence in design, consulting, and construction management across infrastructure and development projects nationwide.
