Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 15,840-square-foot, long-term lease for Perfection Servo Hydraulics, an automation machinery manufacturing and repair company that is relocating and expanding in the Chicago market.
The company is part of SunSource, a North American equipment manufacturing, repair and fabrication business that has its main Illinois facility in Addison, Illinois.
Broker Luke Dummitt represented the tenant in leasing the full building at 3940 Swenson Ave. in St. Charles, Illinois. The company’s previous storage location in Batavia, Illinois, was sold, forcing a decision to move. The company also wanted to expand to accommodate its equipment storage needs.
Eric Schneider and Joel Friedland of Brit Properties provided a creative solution to allow the previous tenant out of their lease to accommodate a suitable landing spot for Perfection Servo.
