Chicago’s Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that Lacy Guice, leasing specialist, was selected as a 2025 Multi-Housing News Excellence Award recipient with silver recognition in the Leasing Professional of the Year category.
The honor was announced at the Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards celebration, held Dec. 4 at Oasis at 437 Madison in New York City.
Guice’s silver honor recognizes her role at Senita on Cave Creek, a 240-unit property in Phoenix. She moved to the property in early 2025 from her previous leasing position at Crest at Las Colinas Station, Draper and Kramer’s 374-unit luxury rental community in Irving, Texas, a northwest suburb of Dallas. Despite the relocation to a new, larger property in an unfamiliar market, Guice made an immediate impact, signing a new lease on her very first day on the job and since maintaining a 95% occupancy rate and 48% renewal rate.
The Multi-Housing News Excellence Award also highlights her willingness to assist with resident events in order to build a sense of community at the property, and the extra lengths she goes to in ensuring a smooth leasing and move-in process for new residents.
In addition to her experience as a leasing agent, Guice’s professional history includes work as a sound engineer, a role she still pursues part-time when not carrying out her duties with Draper and Kramer.
