Zach Orzel, Tyler Sharp and Adam Abushagur, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
The property is situated on 17.75 acres at 23315 S. Youngs Road in the Joliet Area industrial submarket. It is partially occupied by Verdeco Plastics Inc., a manufacturing company that specializes in sourcing industrial plastic scrap for recycling and reintroducing it into the global manufacturing supply chain.
