JLL announced that Gould Grieco & Hensley (GGH) has signed a 17,000‑square‑foot lease at One North Franklin (PNC Centre) in the Loop. The firm will relocate to the building’s top floor in spring 2026, bringing its Chicago headquarters into a single, expanded location to support its continued growth.
Founded in 2024, GGH has expanded its client base and team in a short period of time and now serves clients nationwide. In addition to its Chicago headquarters, the firm has offices in California, with plans to enter additional markets as its practice evolves.
The firm currently operates across two separate floors in its existing building. Relocating to a full-floor space will allow GGH to bring its Chicago team together in one location, support collaboration within its five-days-a-week in-office model and improve the overall client experience. The firm selected One North Franklin for its central Loop location and close access to Fulton Market, access to public transportation, and convenience for clients traveling to downtown Chicago.
The building recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation, including a new top of building amenity floor delivered in 2025, a renovated lobby, and upgrades to elevators and common areas. Ownership has elevated the property experience by partnering with a hospitality group to activate the amenity floor and lobby retail space with food and beverage offerings. The firm’s new office will be located adjacent to the amenity level, providing convenient access to shared conferencing, collaborative spaces, and wellness-focused amenities.
